Desire Hartman

Desire Hartman was nine years old when her passion for photography started with a simple analog camera given to her by her aunt.
She loved the energy and inspiration of being able to express her self-expression at a young age. Later, when she took a photography course, the teacher advised not to take further training in order to maintain her own authenticity.
To master the light and techniques, I went to many studios/galleries to practice in peace.
Because she grew up in freedom in her youth, she has always immersed herself in everything and this is reflected in her work.
A versatile photographer who wants to create seductive images surrounded by fantasy. The artistic portraits and lifelike still lifes immediately make it clear that Desire fits in with the tradition of artists who create their own version of reality.
In her shoots she works like a director, preparing her images down to the smallest detail and leaving nothing to chance.
When she takes a photo, she wants to portray the strength of every person and animal in all its beauty without it becoming obscene.
Yet she leaves the story and sometimes meaningful message that she wants to tell and convey with her photos to the viewer.
Desire received several prizes, including one from the annual International Photography Awards, a world-famous photo competition
where the jury looks through the lens of the photographer at imagination in all aspects of life.
Over the years, Desire has worked on many assignments.
