Our Mission
Life gets so busy that we sometimes forget to enjoy the journey itself. In the end, it's the moments we share with our loved ones, our travel companions, that we cherish the most. Our contemporary concept of "wining and dining" can be found in every culture and its roots go back to the stone age. A moment of coming together, sharing, and enjoying each other's company.
It is important to consciously reflect on these moments because they quickly fade into our daily routine. Here we share our happiness and our sorrow, our success and our failure. From everyday natural conversations to the ones, we can't always find the right words for.
We have made it our mission to shape these moments with designs that last a lifetime. With the organic shapes and natural look of our materials, we create the required peace and space for intimacy.
Who are we?
William and Isabelle bring a lively and enthusiastic spirit to everything they do. They have a contagious energy, passion for design and love for nature. They enjoy experimenting with new techniques and combinations to achieve unique results.
Isabelle Beaumont
Isabelle grew up in a family of artists and started her creative adventure very young. From childhood she attended after-school art academy and in high school she logically chose K.S.O. (Art Secondary Education). Isabelle left secondary school with a diploma in Architectural Design, followed by a Master's degree in Interior Architecture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, supplemented by electives in furniture design and ecological design.
William Baetens
William studied economics and business management. He has a history in sales at a premium automotive brand where he developed a love for design and aesthetics. Due to his daily contact with entrepreneurs, his interest grew in starting something himself. In 2020 life suddenly turned upside down. Daily routines were broken and sometimes it felt like life was moving in slow motion. William was ready for a new chapter and started Atelier BB with Isabelle.
Inspiration
After a relationship of 10 years, we can proudly say that we inspire each other daily. We complement each other in areas such as creativity, business experience, design knowledge, perseverance and much more. In 2022 we decided to join forces and started Atelier BB. What started as a personal project quickly grew into a business, partly thanks to the support of the right people and our early adopters.
