RESULTS OF THIS PROGRAM
During the program we develop your brandbook and communication & content plan. Based on this we support you in implementing the processes, designing content formats, creating accounts and profiles and all other necessary preparations. You will learn:
Defining and capturing the essence of your brand in your brand book
To draw up your communication & content plan
How to create and customize your social media profile and brand/company page
How to set up your advertising account in Facebook and Instagram and how to set up and run an advertising campaign
How to set up your Google Search & Analytics, conduct keyword research and set up an advertisement + develop extensions for your SEA (Search Engine Advertising)
How to set up your email newsletter system (software), including opt-in dBase and email campaign template layout.
With this you will work on your:

"I look back on my participation in this program with great pleasure and enthusiasm. At first I was hesitant, I am not really into profiling myself, social media and that kind of thing. Because: what could that bring me, and even more so, WHO is waiting for that?
But still... I want to bring my work to the attention... how do I do that? Where do I start, what do I do, what not? This program gave me the answer to that.
Joy and Ruud took me by the hand and helped me through the jungle of brand elements. What sets me apart, who is my customer, what is my story and why do I do what I do? What do I offer my customer, what do they get out of it? Step by step, clear answers to my initial hesitation emerged and a real Brandbook was created. I still use that Brandbook to recall and fine-tune, because it is a dynamic whole.
After formulating a Brandbook we created a communication & content plan.
Joy and Ruud helped me develop texts and materials to create awareness of my brand, to stimulate my customers, to make them curious and to reach them. We prepared all kinds of materials. Then came the set-up and preparation. I can still laugh about my clumsiness and am very grateful for Joy's patience when we were behind the buttons together and she taught me how to set up company pages and started my very first campaign.
