Tatyana Fedorova was born in 1952, Petergof, Russia.

1977 — graduated from I. E. Repin Institute for Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, (now the Academy of Arts. I.E. Repin)
1978-1979 — probationer at I.E. Repin Institute for Painting, Sculpture and Architecture.
1978-1980 — drawing teacher in I. E. Repin Institute. 1978-1981
In 1978 award at the All-Union exhibition of young artists.
1979 — Diploma of the USSR Academy of Arts.
1982 — Diploma of the USSR Union of Artists.
1982 - 2nd award at an exhibition of young artists of the USSR.
1984 - Grand prix and the Gold medal at an exhibition «Traditions and search», Spring salon, Gran-Pale, Paris.
1984 – International World Exhibition in Canes-Sur-measures, France, represented Soviet Union.
1986 - Diploma at the republican exhibition of Russian artists.
1988 - Picture «In front of the mirror» was bought by State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow.
1989, 1991 — lives and works in the Cite international des arts, Paris, France.
2012 — Member of the Government of Union of Artists of St.Petersburg, the creative sector.
2012 — Diploma of the Committee of Culture of the Government of St. Petersburg for many years great work and contribution to the development of fine art.
2014 — title of Honorary Artist of Russia.
2014 — Winner of the St. Petersburg Government in the field of culture and art in 2013 for achievements in the field of fine arts for the creation of an art-piece "Do not be afraid, I am with you."
