Jan Detrie

Jan Detrie: Enthusiastic painter, sculptor, teacher and artistic dynamic coach.

Jan attended the St.Joost art academy in Breda, discipline graphic design, in the 1970s. After this he worked for 35 years in business including as a graphic designer. At the same time, he started and realized his dream of becoming a professional visual artist. He enjoys working daily in his studio in the smallest "Hanzestad" Maasbommel in the Netherlands. You will never meet Jan in gray; colors are a breath of life for him, which becomes clear in his paintings. In addition to painting and sculpting, he teaches in Breda, Raamsdonksveer, Maasbommel, and in summer in France. Furthermore, 15 years ago, he successfully completed the four-year training at the Kleine Tiki in Breda as an artistic dynamic coach. Since then, he has been allowed to professionally guide people who want to work on their personal growth and development.
